Stammer's best finish is a second with Jennifer Meredith in 2001 at Santa Barbara. In 2001, had her best season, playing in five AVP events with a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th. Has played both indoor and beach pro volleyball the past 18 years and has played in Germany and Italy. Played on the four-person beach tour for four seasons (1994-97). Overall she played on teams that won 16 events. In 1995 was voted All-League Right Outside Hitter. Played four seasons at Louisiana State University (1983-86) and earned all-conference honors the last two years, including All-American Honors her senior year. LSU was co-SEC champion her junior and senior seasons. Teaming with her sister Gayle, the duo won a pro-am beach event together in both 1999 and 2001 at Seaside, OR. Gayle won over $128,000 in earnings on the pro beach volleyball circuit picking up one win in her career.

Personal: Married Eckhard Mueller of Munster, Germany on July 1, 1999. Has three sisters, including former pro beach player Gayle, and has a Bernese Mountain Dog named Harrison. Stammer’s mother is her role model. Her favorite meal is breakfast and her favorite movies are Shrek 1 & 2, and her favorite TV shows are Lost and ER. If she weren’t playing volleyball, she would be studying interior design and/or landscape architecture, traveling and cycling across the country.
